Stick it into your heads: you all are publishers now. You all have a website, a webtv, a blog, a newsletter, a magazine, and are planning events on top of that. You have become publishers because traditional advertising brings lesser results, and because today’s increasingly competitive market is going in that direction. Good for you. You need contents, though. Without contents, media die. Like the goat under the proverbial bench. They also need to be quality contents too: thrilling, appealing, convincing, serious, eminent, constantly updated. Or you’re gonna fail big time. And still something’s missing. Your distribution channels are necessary but not sufficient. You also have to have more channels capable to bring you more audience. Your communication needs to create value.
